Do you want to put that GLOW into your vehicle?
There can be many ways lighting can be judged on cars. Some people think it makes the car look cheap and tacky, but if the job is done right it can ‘enhance’ the look of the car, whether it be internal lighting or external lighting. The ideal way to light a vehicle or an audio install is to make sure you only see the ‘glow’ of the light and not the actual light source. The use of light will make a vehicle stand out from the crowd and give you that extra edge over another vehicle if, let’s say, you are entering a competition or show with the vehicle.
Here at Source we use several types of lighting depending on the application, one being digital which gives off 2.1 million colours and can be remote controlled so it can change pattern and colours. The lighting is waterproof so it can be used internal or external.
Another type we use is LED tape, which is very thin and flexible and can be used in very tight spaces and gives off an amazing glow. This is normally a straight colour and we would only advise using this type of lighting internally.
